Step 2. Passport copy (notarized)
Step 3. Copies of Higher Secondary School Certificate (notarized)
Step 4. Photo (3 x 4)
Step 5. Authorization Letter (to be attested by a notary)
Scan and send (Steps 1-5) to nb@winstonedu.com
Step 6. WINSTON CONSULTANTS LTD. will obtain university's written consent letter.
Step 7. WINSTON CONSULTANTS LTD. will translate all the above steps (1-5) into Georgian
language and get it notarized in Georgia.
Step 8. All the above documents (Steps 1-7) will be submitted to Ministry of Education and
Science of Georgia by WINSTON CONSULTANTS LTD.
[It takes a minimum of 2 weeks for Ministry's approval]
Step 9. After approval from the Ministry, WINSTON CONSULTANTS LTD. will send university's
official admission letter for student to get visa stamped on passport from Georgian Embassy
in India.

Visa Procedures
Step 10. After visa is stamped, student should transfer tuition fees directly to the University's account.
Step 11. Copy of tuition fees payment and travel plan to be given to WINSTON CONSULTANTS
LTD.
